If you are not satisfy with the Google Buzz, you may disable it by doing as follow:
1) Go to Setting (top right corner)
2) You can choose to hide Google Buzz from your profile or Disable Google Buzz
3) By disabling your Google Buzz, It will also disconnect any connected sites, unfollow you from anyone you are following and also eradicate your Google profile and Buzz posts.
